You will run offensive security against our own estate (authorised, scoped, documented) and turn findings into architecture: the goal is not clever exploits, it is systems where exploits do not matter.
02 — The work
What you will own
- 01 Run authorised penetration tests and red-team exercises against our own products and infrastructure.
- 02 Own security architecture reviews for new features: authN/Z, session, crypto, data flows.
- 03 Build secure-by-default patterns and paved roads for engineers.
- 04 Operate vulnerability management: triage, remediation SLAs, verification.
- 05 Lead incident response for security events; run post-mortems without blame.
- 06 Maintain our responsible-disclosure programme.

Who thrives here
- → Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent; certifications (OSCP or similar) respected but not required.
- → 4-10 years in security engineering with hands-on offensive work.
- → Strict professional ethics: authorised targets only, always documented.
