Contribute to live projects. Shadow senior practitioners. Build a portfolio that matters.
Please note this is an unpaid internship — the offer is real work, mentorship and experience at the frontier, not a stipend.

What you will own
- 01 Author observability dashboards for a real system that the team uses after you leave.
- 02 Ship one CI/CD or deploy improvement.
- 03 Shadow on-call across at least three rotations.
- 04 Author a postmortem write-up.
- 05 Pair daily with the Senior SRE.

- → You have run a real Linux system as your own — server, lab box, daily-driver.
- → You read postmortems for sport and you can describe one that taught you something.
- → You can write a runbook another engineer could follow without context.
- → You can describe a CI flake you have root-caused.

- Date + place of birth — Identity verification only.
- Your written responses — Selection rubric. Read by humans.
- Government ID (later) — Anti-fraud at offer / interview stage. Not at signup.
