By using this website (edurankai.in) or applying through it, you agree to these terms.
Use of the site
You may browse our public pages, apply to open roles, submit contact-form messages, and create an applicant portal account. You agree to provide accurate information in any application or message.
You agree not to: submit fraudulent applications; impersonate someone else; attempt to bypass security; scrape the site at volume; or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Your content
When you submit an application, you confirm that the information and any linked work is yours (or that you have permission to share it). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it solely for evaluation purposes.
Hiring decisions
Applying does not guarantee a role. Hiring decisions are at our sole discretion based on our evaluation. We endeavour to give written feedback where possible, but we are not obligated to.
Availability
We operate the site on a best-effort basis. It may be unavailable for maintenance from time to time. We do not guarantee uptime.
Process and verification fees
These fees (account verification and application process & verification fees) are processing charges only and do NOT guarantee a job, role, offer, admission, or any outcome. Hiring and selection decisions are made solely on merit.
Once an application is submitted, a one-time process and verification fee applies. This fee covers the manual identity, document and reference verification we perform on each submission, along with secure handling and review processing.
The fee is tiered according to the role level applied for and is shown to you in full on the payment step immediately after submission. Payment is made in INR through our payment processor at the live exchange rate. The fee is non-refundable once verification has begun. An application is considered complete only after this fee is settled.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always at /p/terms. The Last updated date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
