The bar: a regression suite that engineers trust enough to ship by — which means killing flakes at root, refusing to add tests that do not earn their cost, and writing the small set of tests that catch the bugs that actually happen.

What you will own
- 01 Write E2E tests across web + mobile.
- 02 Maintain the regression suite — including killing flakes at root.
- 03 Triage and reproduce production bugs from logs alone.
- 04 Qualify releases under Senior supervision.
- 05 Help engineers fix flakiness at root, not by adding retries.
- 06 Author test utilities that other engineers reuse.

Who thrives here
- → You have written at least 20 E2E tests that have stayed unflaky for 6+ months in a real codebase.
- → You have reproduced a production bug from logs alone.
- → You can describe a flake you root-caused and what you changed to make it impossible.
- → You have killed at least one test on purpose because it was wasteful.
- → You read bug reports carefully.
