Build mobile features in Flutter or React Native. You will pair with Senior mobile engineers, grow into deeper native and architecture work over 18-24 months, and become a Senior engineer who can be the person who decides when the native bridge earns its cost.

What you will own
- 01 Ship mobile features end-to-end.
- 02 Write tests for UI + logic.
- 03 Fix bugs across iOS + Android.
- 04 Profile performance + memory as a sustained habit, not a one-off.
- 05 Participate in store releases under Senior supervision.
- 06 Pair with native engineers when a bridge is needed.

Who thrives here
- → You have shipped at least one Flutter or RN feature to a real app that has been live for 6+ months.
- → You can describe a mobile-specific bug you fixed and how — not "I switched libraries", but the actual root cause.
- → You have participated in at least one store release end-to-end.
- → You read mobile platform release notes when they drop.
- → You have an opinion about navigation libraries and you can defend it.
