Take small features end-to-end — schema, API, UI, tests. Learn the full stack under senior mentorship and grow into a Mid full-stack engineer in 12-18 months. The role asks for breadth at the start — you do not need depth in both halves yet, but you need to be willing to be uncomfortable in the half you know less well.

- 01 Ship small features end-to-end under Senior code review.
- 02 Fix bugs across the stack.
- 03 Pair daily with Senior engineers.
- 04 Read other people's PRs carefully.
- 05 Write tests for the cases you got wrong.

- → You have shipped at least one project that talks to a real database from a real UI.
- → You read code more than you write it.
- → You ask good questions in code review.
- → You can describe a feature you would build and how you would split the work across the stack.
