Own the last-mile and fulfillment operation. Fleet, routing, hubs, sorting, returns. Cost-per-order is your headline metric and you will defend it against every easy shortcut. You will hire across fleet ops, hub design, routing engineering, and returns. The role is for someone who has run logistics at real scale and knows the difference between "what the deck shows" and "what the operations centre actually does at 11pm on a peak day".

- 01 Own the end-to-end fulfillment cost per order.
- 02 Lead fleet operations, hub design, routing, returns.
- 03 Hire across operations + engineering for logistics.
- 04 Own the fleet partner / gig-worker doctrine and welfare standards.
- 05 Set the SLA bar and own the operational dashboards.
- 06 Represent fulfillment publicly with regulators.
