Own day-to-day execution of the CSR + impact agenda. Programmes, measurement, partner management, reporting. Make the Chief CSR Officer's strategy real. You'll thrive here if: you have run programmes at multi-state scale and you read logframes for sport. You can manage partner relationships across NGOs, government, and donors without losing your moral centre. You'll struggle here if: you measure your team by deck count or by meeting calendar volume.
02 — The work
What you will own
- 01 Own delivery on every CSR + sustainability programme — quarterly reviews, corrective action, public reporting.
- 02 Manage partner relationships across NGOs, government, donor agencies, audit firms.
- 03 Own the impact measurement framework and the dashboard finance and the board look at.
- 04 Run quarterly impact reviews with the Founder's Office and the Chief CSR Officer.
- 05 Coach Programme Directors and senior managers; build the muscle that survives your departure.
- 06 Liaise with finance + legal on compliance and audited disclosures.

Who thrives here
- → You have led an impact org of at least 10 across multiple states or regions.
- → You have signed and delivered on at least three large partner agreements (NGO, government, or donor).
- → You have killed at least one programme because the evidence did not support its continuation.
- → You can defend a measurement framework in writing for 30 minutes.
- → You have run a Sev-1 partner escalation and written the postmortem.
