What you will own
- 01 Design end-to-end flows: research, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, hand-off.
- 02 Maintain and extend the design system; keep accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) non-negotiable.
- 03 Prototype and test with real users; let evidence beat opinion.
- 04 Partner daily with engineers so shipped equals designed.
- 05 Design responsibly: no dark patterns, no fake urgency, no manipulative defaults.
