You will build the statistical models, experiments, and decision frameworks that convert that evidence into product and business decisions, with the scepticism of a scientist and the pragmatism of an operator.

What you will own
- 01 Design and analyse experiments across learning products; guard against p-hacking and vanity metrics.
- 02 Build predictive and causal models for learner outcomes, retention, and assessment integrity.
- 03 Define and maintain company metrics with clear ownership and honest caveats.
- 04 Partner with engineering on data pipelines, feature stores, and analytics tooling.
- 05 Communicate findings so leaders can act on them — including when the answer is "we do not know yet".

Who thrives here
- → Master's or PhD in a quantitative field, or equivalent demonstrated practice.
- → 4-10 years in data science with shipped, decision-changing work.
