Build CV pipelines under the Senior Computer Vision Engineer. On-device inference, hand tracking, gesture recognition. Sub-watt power budgets and real-time latency are the constraints. Grow into a Senior CV role over 18-24 months.

What you will own
- 01 Build CV pipelines end-to-end.
- 02 Ship on-device inference (CoreML / TFLite / ONNX Runtime).
- 03 Maintain training data + evaluation harness.
- 04 Pair daily with the Senior CV Engineer.
- 05 Profile on real device hardware.

- → You can read a CV paper carefully and describe its load-bearing claim.
- → You write training loops on purpose, not by copying from a tutorial.

- → You have an opinion about on-device vs cloud inference and you can defend it.

Objectives agreed at the start of each cycle. Hours recorded for compliance are never used as a performance score.
Where this stands legally
Within the 9-hour day and 48-hour week ceiling of the applicable state Shops and Establishments Act, with at least 24 consecutive hours of weekly rest and a break of at least 30 minutes after five hours of continuous work. Hours are recorded for statutory compliance only. Work beyond the scheduled week is agreed in advance and compensated with time off in lieu.
