We are seeking passionate Karate Instructors and Martial Arts Experts to train students, mentor athletes, develop educational resources, support instructor education, and contribute to the growth of the global martial arts community. 02 — The work
What you will own
- 01 Conduct karate and martial arts training for students of all ages.
- 02 Teach Kihon, Kata, Kumite, and Self-Defence techniques.
- 03 Prepare students for gradings and competitions.
- 04 Develop structured athlete training programmes.
- 05 Mentor beginner, intermediate, and advanced practitioners.
- 06 Support instructor education and certification programmes.
- 07 Develop technical curriculum and learning resources.
- 08 Create educational videos, articles, and online courses.
- 09 Deliver virtual coaching sessions and webinars.
- 10 Support tournaments, seminars, and grading examinations.
- 11 Collaborate with clubs, academies, federations, and educational institutions.
- 12 Maintain high technical and ethical standards.
- 13 Promote discipline, respect, leadership, and lifelong learning.
- 14 Represent Karate.Support professionally at events and competitions.
- 15 Contribute to the growth of the global martial arts ecosystem.

- → Ability to mentor instructors and athletes.
- → National or international competition experience is an advantage.
- → Relevant coaching certifications are preferred.

Terms of Engagement

A scheduled week: five days, eight hours a day, with two full rest days and latitude over when within the day you work.

Measured by
Objectives agreed at the start of each cycle. Hours recorded for compliance are never used as a performance score.
Where this stands legally
Within the 9-hour day and 48-hour week ceiling of the applicable state Shops and Establishments Act, with at least 24 consecutive hours of weekly rest and a break of at least 30 minutes after five hours of continuous work. Hours are recorded for statutory compliance only. Work beyond the scheduled week is agreed in advance and compensated with time off in lieu.
