We're seeking a Growth Marketing Manager (Organic Growth & Community) to establish EduRankAI as a trusted and respected educational technology brand through authentic storytelling, community engagement, strategic partnerships, and sustainable organic growth.

What you will own
- 01 Develop long-term organic growth strategies.
- 02 Drive user acquisition through non-paid channels.
- 03 Build and scale community-led growth initiatives.
- 04 Manage referral and ambassador programmes.
- 05 Build and nurture learner, educator, researcher, and institutional communities.
- 06 Strengthen brand reputation through authentic storytelling.
- 07 Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- 08 Lead educational content and thought leadership initiatives.
- 09 Collaborate with Product, Research, Design, and Communications teams.
- 10 Develop articles, webinars, case studies, and educational campaigns.
- 11 Build strategic partnerships with universities and organizations.
- 12 Represent EduRankAI at conferences, workshops, and community events.
- 13 Track user engagement, retention, referrals, and community health.
- 14 Analyze growth metrics and optimize acquisition strategies.
- 15 Continuously experiment with new organic growth initiatives.

Who thrives here
- → Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
- → 5–10+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Community Building, Brand Strategy, or Product Marketing.
- → Demonstrated success growing products through organic and community-led initiatives.
- → Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, referral programmes, and lifecycle marketing.
- → Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
- → Experience building and managing online and offline communities.
- → Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring growth and engagement metrics.
- → Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Research.
- → Ability to develop strategic partnerships with universities, organizations, and industry communities.
- → Passion for education, technology, innovation, and long-term brand building.
- → Strong project management and execution skills.
- → Commitment to building trusted brands through value-driven and community-focused growth.
Terms of Engagement
How working time works at this level
No counted hours. A five-day week with a four-hour overlap window so colleagues can reach you, and objectives agreed for the cycle.

Where this stands legally
Hours are not counted at this level. The statutory ceiling of 9 hours a day and 48 a week remains the limit the role is designed to fit inside: if the work cannot be done within a normal week, the scope is wrong, not the person.
