Electronics Engineering Intern

Electronics engineering underpins much of our hardware-adjacent and embedded work — from sensor interfacing for physical-board capture to device prototyping for our labs.

Intern Internship Remote / Hybrid (India) 3 Months

Engagement

Internship

Full-time and on-site at our campus. Structured, hands-on mentorship. Remote only in rare, pre-approved cases.

Scope of role

Contribute to live projects. Shadow senior practitioners. Build a portfolio that matters.

Please note this is an unpaid internship — the offer is real work, mentorship and experience at the frontier, not a stipend.

01 — The role

Why this role exists at EduRankAI

EduRankAI is developing next-generation technologies in Artificial Intelligence, Education Technology, Research, Product Engineering, and Digital Innovation. Electronics engineering underpins much of our hardware-adjacent and embedded work — from sensor interfacing for physical-board capture to device prototyping for our labs. The Electronics Engineering Internship is designed for students who want hands-on exposure to circuit design, PCB layout, and embedded hardware, working alongside our engineering and research teams on real prototypes rather than textbook exercises.

02 — The work

What you will own

  • 01 Design, simulate, and test analog and digital circuits for internal prototypes and lab equipment.
  • 02 Assist in PCB layout, schematic capture, and component selection using standard EDA tools.
  • 03 Prototype and debug embedded electronics (sensors, microcontrollers, power circuits).
  • 04 Support integration of electronic subsystems with software/firmware teams.
  • 05 Document circuit designs, test procedures, and bill of materials.
  • 06 Conduct component research and datasheet analysis for design decisions.
  • 07 Assist with hardware-in-the-loop testing and troubleshooting of live prototypes.
  • 08 Research emerging trends in electronics, embedded systems, and IoT hardware.
