Own day-to-day fleet operations across cities. Driver / rider acquisition, supply liquidity, payment, welfare, dispute resolution. The on-ground operational engine.

- 01 Own fleet ops across our cities.
- 02 Lead rider acquisition + supply liquidity.
- 03 Own the fleet welfare programme.
- 04 Run the dispute resolution and escalations process.
- 05 Hire city operations managers.
- 06 Partner with safety on incident response.

Who thrives here
- → You have run a fleet operation of at least 10K riders across cities.
- → You can describe an operational change you led that visibly improved liquidity.
- → You have run a Sev-1 fleet incident and written the postmortem.
- → You have an opinion about rider welfare and you can defend it.
