Lead the on-ground community programmes — AquinTutor learner outreach, HEI verification field work, partner-institution engagement. Where the company actually meets the people it claims to serve. You will be in the field. The role does not work from a deck.

02 — The work

What you will own

  • 01 Own the multi-region community-programme portfolio end-to-end.
  • 02 Build and manage NGO + government partnerships in the field; sign + deliver on MoUs.
  • 03 Run grant programmes (in + out) — application, selection, disbursement, audit.
  • 04 Field travel — at least one site visit per region per quarter.
  • 05 Hire and coach regional programme managers.
  • 06 Own community-feedback loops back to product + research; make the company hear them.

  • You have run community programmes in at least three Indian states for at least 3 years.
  • You have signed and delivered on a partnership with a state government department.
  • You have killed a programme because the community feedback said the work was not landing.
  • You can sit on the ground in a panchayat office and have a useful conversation.
  • You write field reports that decision-makers actually use.
