Support CSR programme delivery under senior mentorship. Grow into a Programme Manager role in 18-24 months. The role is for someone who wants to build a serious development-sector career, who is willing to spend significant time in the field, and who understands that good CSR work is built on the small operational details most people skip.

  • 01 Support 1-2 CSR programmes day-to-day.
  • 02 Run field visits + data collection.
  • 03 Author programme updates.
  • 04 Help with partner communications.
  • 05 Pair daily with a Senior Programme Manager.
