Contribute to live projects. Shadow senior practitioners. Build a portfolio that matters.
Please note this is an unpaid internship — the offer is real work, mentorship and experience at the frontier, not a stipend.

Why this role exists at EduRankAI
3 months on the curriculum team. Own a scoped curriculum unit — design, write, pilot, measure, document. Pair with Senior designers daily and ship to real learners. We do not run a glorified note-taking internship. You will author curriculum that ships to learners under your name, and you will defend it in a quality review.

- 01 Own one curriculum unit end-to-end in 3 months.
- 02 Pilot with real learners and iterate.
- 03 Measure outcomes; defend the numbers.
- 04 Author a methods + findings report.
- 05 Pair daily with a Senior Curriculum Designer.
- 06 Present findings at end-of-internship review.

- → You can describe a learning objective and how you would assess it cleanly.
- → You write clearly.
- → You read learning research when you can and have at least one paper you can describe in depth.
- → You can describe a unit of curriculum you encountered that you thought was bad, and why.

- Date + place of birth — Identity verification only.
- Your written responses — Selection rubric. Read by humans.
- Government ID (later) — Anti-fraud at offer / interview stage. Not at signup.
